The nose is fruity, gourmand, elegant and relatively rich (precisely well-balanced). It reveals notes of crushed blackberry and crushed strawberry combined with slight hints of gray pepper, wood, a discreet hint of violet / flowers as well as slight hints of sour cherry and licorice. The mouth is fruity, mineral, silky, racy, precise, relatively aerial, beautifully balanced, a bit fleshy and offers a nice mineral frame, a fine acidity, a nice definition, a nice grain as well as a good definition. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of crushed wild strawberry and fine notes of blackberry, cassis combined with discreet hints of raspberry, a hint of licorice, grilled oak and slight hints of Cuben peppers and a slight hint of Lapson Souchong tea. Tannins are very fine and currently too young. Good length. There are notes of chocolate on the finish / persistence. Nice potential! (Wait 5 years)
