The palate is elegant, beautifully delicate, precise, racy and offers a fine acidulous frame, tension, a beautiful finesse of the grain, a fine suavity as well as gourmandize, elegance and an aerial side. On the palate this wine expresses notes of wild strawberry, wild blackberry and small notes of quite ripe wild plum associated with touches of quite ripe raspberry, Sichuan pepper as well as hints of salinity, a racy minerality, spices, discreet hints of almond, underwood and a discreet hint of toasted hazelnut. Good length. Tannins are precise and well-built. A beautiful persistence.
