It reveals notes of ripe/pulpy Boysen berry, ripe wild strawberry, small notes of small bright black fruits associated with fine hints of caramelization, nutmeg, toasted and an imperceptible saline hint. The palate is fruity, elegant, gourmand and offers a beautiful definition, a beautiful finesse of the grain/structure, power, sapidity and a racy minerality. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/pulpy Boysen berry, bright raspberry, small notes of bright cassis associated with small touches of violet, lily, toasted, nutmeg as well as fine hints of chocolate, caramelization and black tea (in the background). Good length and persistance. Tannins are elegant, fine and racy.
