The nose is fruity, structured, elegant, racy, net, precise and offers straightness, a certain juiciness as well as gourmandize. It reveals notes of ripe boysenberry, crunchy wild strawberry, crushed cassis and subtle hints of raspberry, liquorice, gravels (Graves) associated with subtle touches of spices, tonka bean, very discreet hints of flowers and vanilla. Beautiful success! The palate is fruity, mineral, well-balanced and offers a beautiful racy/saline minerality, elegance, tension as well as a very beautiful finesse, complexity as well as a beautiful gourmandize. On the palate this wine expresses notes of crushed blackberry, crushed cassis and crunchy Gariguette strawberry associated with touches of raspberry, rose/flowers as well as subtle touches of toasted oak, vanilla, a very discreet hint of chocolate. Tannins are fine, elegant and offers already a small chewy sensation. There is a hint of nut as well as a very discreet hint of almond and dark chocolate on the aftertaste. Chews, gourmandize and appetence on the finish. Very beautiful length and persistence.
