The nose is fruity, elegant and offers power (well managed!), a very fine grain, subtlety as well as a very fine deepness. It reveals notes of fleshy Boysenberry, fleshy strawberry and small notes of raspberry associated with very fine touches of racy minerality, a hint of juicy blueberry as well as fine hints of vanilla, black pepper and an imperceptible hint of nutmeg. The mouth is fruity, well-balanced and offers juiciness, tension, precision, a juicy / acidulous frame, a good structure, a beautiful finesse of the grain, a beautiful guideline, fat, gourmandize, a certain airy side as well as a very fine almost saline minerality (in the background). On the palate, this wine expresses notes of ripe / juicy cassis, juicy / ripe raspberry and small notes of juicy berries associated with fine hints of vanilla, toasted as well as a very discreet hint of caramel (in the bottom). Tannins are elegant, fine and racy.
