The wine has a very pale, slightly pinkish color. The nose is mineral, fruity and fresh. There are notes of juicy yellow peach, gooseberry and juicy red apple. We perceive fine touches of white smoke and ripening banana. The palate is fresh, fruity with a tangy frame and minerality. There is lightness and an imperceptible hint of gourmand in the background. There are notes of crunchy red berries, juicy vine peach, white grapes and mango. The whole is fresh with an invigorating texture.
