The wine has a pale color on the straw. The nose is fresh and the aroma is discreet on the fruit like pear. The second nose opens more on lime and on a slightly smoky, slightly mineral side. The palate is fresh with acidity present from the attack. There are notes of lemon as well as white grapes. It’s simple and refreshing.
