The nose is spicy and offers intensity, a certain aromatic purity and strechiness. It expresses notes of clove, pepper and more slightly – blackberry, associated with a touch of graphite, small wild black fruits as well as fine hints of Indian ink, spices and has a hint of camphor and roasted cherry. The palate is fruity and offers freshness, juiciness, suppleness, accuracy, energy, and harmony. It expresses notes of fairly ripe red cherry, roasted raspberry and more slightly – fresh/pulpy blackberry, associated with touches of small roasted blue berries, camphor, clove and sweet spices. The tannins are supple with a hint of graphite.
