The nose is fruity and fresh. It reveals notes of blackberry and cassis jam associated with fine notes of cherry as well as slight notes of Sichuan pepper, licorice and spices. The palate is fruity, mineral, elegant, racy and offers freshness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of blackberry, Quetsche plum and a touch of cassis associated with a hint of liquorice, chocolat as well as discreet notes of sweet spices. Tannins are fine. Good length.
