The nose is racy and offers a fine power as well as a very fine intensity. It reveals notes of wild blackberry, fleshy wild cassis, small notes of small fleshy blue fruits associated with touches of fleshy garriguette strawberry, cornflower, lily as well as hints of chocolate, vanilla and caramelization. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a juicy/acidulous frame, a good definition, gourmandize and suavity. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy/juicy strawberry, juicy/pulpy strawberry, small notes of violet associated with touches of small crushed red berries, crushed blueberry as well as hints of caramelization, liquorice, a subtle hint of nutmeg, toasted and vanilla. Good length. Tannins are well-built. Touches of chocolate on the finish.
