The nose is fresh, spicy and reveals a fine power. There are notes of fresh wild blackberry, pulpy blackcurrant and, more slightly, wild red berries combined with fine touches of lily, pepper and a very discreet hint of clove. The palate is fruity and offers juiciness, freshness, minerality, fine tension, a fine crunch and energy. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fresh blackberry, pulpy/fresh redcurrant and more lightly of fresh flowers combined with fine touches of fresh blond tobacco and a discreet hint of fresh nutmeg. Good length. The tannins are sapid. A fine touch of salinity on the finish/persistence.
