The nose is fruity, crunchy and offers a certain intensity and power of the grain. It reveals notes of fleshy wild blackberry, wild raspberry and slight hints of violet associated with touches of fresh spices as well as hints of cornflower, iris and pepper. The palate is mineral, balanced and offers freshness, a nice little varietal side which carries (in the background), a tangy frame, an electric tension, freshness as well as crunch. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of luscious/juicy blackberry, bright blackcurrant and slight notes of crunchy red berries associated with touches of violet, lily as well as hints of chocolate, toast and fresh almond. The tannins are supple. Good length and persistence.
