On the palate this wine expresses notes of cassis and blackberry combined with a touch of plum, cocoa / mocha, slight notes of red fruits, a hint of cherry and a discreet note of coffee / slightly caramelized oak on the finish. Tannins are fine and well-built. Good length. An “easy-drinking” wine.
