It reveals notes of pulpy strawberry, pulpy Boysenberry and small notes of creamy plum associated with touches of cornflowers, violet, fresh berries, tonka bean as well as a subtle hint of Timut pepper and spices. The palate is fresh, fruity, well-balanced, racy, elegant, all in finesse and offers minerality, an acidulous frame, a beautiful finesse of the grain, energy / dynamism, deepness, a small chiseled side as well as «peps». On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy / fresh strawberry, fleshy / acidulous raspberry and small notes of juicy cassis associated with touches of cornflowers, lily, rose as well as hints of racy minerality, chocolate and a subtle toasted hint. Tannins are well-built. Good length. Persistence on slight hints of tonka bean / cocoa.
