The nose offers finesse and juicy concentration (red cherry, morello cherry, red currants, raspberry, cranberries in the background, blueberry). Then, we find notes of wild mint, fresh tea leaf, a mineral framework (damp earth, a little chalky), fresh flowers (violet, lily), a delicate toasted hint (toasted wood with a touch of smoke, toasted hazelnut), menthol and liquorice. The palate expresses fruits (red cherry, morello cherry, red currants, raspberry, cranberries in the background), a toasted touch (toasted wood, smoke, toasted hazelnut), a good bitterness and an earthy mineral frame on the persistence. The acidity is salivating and fresh, beautiful structure of tight tannins, a little firm, not astringent, slight bitterness of cocoa on the persistence. A straight and structured wine, a little closed.
