The palate is beautifully fruity, well-balanced, gourmand and offers freshness, gourmandize, a beautiful definition, a beautiful suavity, a fine acidulous frame as well as juiciness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy/juicy raspberry, fleshy/juicy blackberry and small notes of fleshy/juicy cherry associated with fine hints of juicy/acidulous cassis, flowers (cornflower, peony) as well as discreet hints of liquorice stick. There is a discreet hint of tonka bean on the persistence.
