The nose offers a small intensity as well as concentration. It reveals notes of lilac, violet and blackberry associated with fine touches of cassis, a hint of red fruits as well as fine hints of liquorice, chocolate and a very discreet hint of roasted (in the background). The palate is fruity, wel-balanced, finely tight and offers a good definition, juiciness, a small minerality as well as an acidulous frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of black cherry, juicy cassis and small notes of flowers (lilac, violet…) associated with small touches of crunchy/juicy raspberry as well as fine hints of liquorice. Tannins are well-built. Good length. Very fine sapidity (in the background) and caramelization on the finish.
