The nose is fresh, concentrated and tight. It reveals notes of fresh lilac, blackberry and more slightly fresh raspberry, cornflower/rose associated with subtle touches of black cherry, liquorice, spices as well as an imperceptible hint of gray pepper (in the background). The palate is fresh, fruity, juicy, well-balanced and offers a beautiful fleshy fruit, an acid frame, tension, racy minerality as well as gourmandize. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy redcurrant, fleshy cassis and more slightly flowers (lily, lilac, rose) associated with subtle touches of blueberry, crushed raspberry as well as discreet touches of almond and vanilla (in the background).
