The nose is fresh, racy and reveals a fine spicy quality. There are notes of kumquat, lemon and, to a lesser extent, nectarine, combined with hints of spice and fresh flowers. The palate is fruity, discreetly tight and offers minerality, freshness, good definition, some volume, a mineral backbone, roundness and tension. On the palate this wine expresses notes of crisp nectarine, pulpy/juicy white berries and more lightly citrus fruits combined with a touch of lemon as well as fine spice and a subtle hint of fresh verbena (in the background). Nice freshness and minerality.
