The nose is made notes of black fruits (plum, blackberry) associated with floral notes (including violet), as well as ground spices. Freshness, elegance, finesse, fruitiness, good structure and velvety in the mouth. It expresses notes of spices, harmonious and some notes of black fruits combined with a hint of cherry wood. The tannins are firm and take time to relax. Personally I suggest you keep a minimum of 5 years.
