The nose expresses a slightly fermented note at the beginning, which disappears after aeration and becomes rather spicy (liquorice, white pepper in the background, a bit of nutmeg, a very slight touch of vanilla). It also expresses an elegant floral bouquet (violet, wild rose), sappy notes of pine needles, which appear after aeration. The fruits on the nose are tangy, we mainly find black fruits (morello cherry, blackcurrant, black plum, blackberry in the background, touch of tart red cherry). The palate is juicy, chiseled and firm, with a pleasant bitterness, a nice salivating and fresh acidity, a touch of menthol and dried mint on the finish. It expresses the flavors of ripe and tangy fruits (morello cherry, blackcurrant, red cherry, black plum), as well as sweet spices (liquorice, nutmeg) and violet. The finish offers tension, but a bit dry and closed.
