The nose is elegant, fruity and offers a small power/intensity as well as a good finesse of the grain. It reveals notes of Boysen berry, wild strawberry and more slightly ripe wild raspberry associated with touches of gray pepper, racy minerality as well as hints of violet and discreet hints of mild tobacco/spices. The palate is fresh, fruity, well-balanced, beautifully gourmand and offers a fine acidulous frame, a beautiful tension, silkyness as well as a fine suavity. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy black cherry, fleshy blackberry and more slightly fleshy wild strawberry associated with touches of red berries as well as hints of liquorice, toasted, cardamom and racy minerality. Good length and acidulous persistence.
