The nose is fresh, fruity, precise and clean. It reveals notes of fresh kumquat, candied lemon and small notes of litchee/white fruits associated with fine touches of flowers as well as very fine hints of spices and an imperceptible hint of massepain. The palate is fresh, fruity, well-balanced and offers a beautiful tension, a fresh frame, precision, finesse, volume, a fine grain as well as a good definition. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fresh kumquat, candied citrus zests and small notes of litchee associated with small touches of racy minerality (gravels/terroir), ripe/fresh green apple as well as discreet hints of flowrrs, a very discreet hint of vanilla (in the background) and a subtle hint of nutmeg (in the background). Good length and good persistence.
