The nose is fruity, marked by the Cabernet Sauvignon and offers a slight richness. It reveals notes of blackberry, wild strawberry and slight hints of ripe black small fruits associated with touches of black pepper as well as slight hints of spices and a very discreet hint of ripe bell pepper (in the background). The palate is frtuiy, suave, fresh, well-balanced, racy, slightly tight, well-built and offers a slight minerality, fat, a certain precision, a slight tension as well as a certain fleshy/juiciness. In the mouth this wine expresses notes juicy blackberry, fleshy strawberry and small notes of raspberry associated with touches of black cherry, a discreet hint of plum as well as a subtle hint of violet, toasted oak and a very discreet hint of caramelization/vanilla. Tannins are fine and a bit young. Good length and persistence. There is a subtle hint of mocha/roasting on the aftertaste.
