Château Le Chemin 2024 – Pomerol

The nose is fruity, gourmand, elegant and offers a lovely creamy textured of fruit and a certain concentration in accuracy. It reveals notes of pulpy/fresh blackberry, ripe cassis and small notes of small red fruits, almost roasted-elegant, associated with touches of blue plum, star anise, zan, as well as fine hints of lilac and small crushed fruits. The palate is mineral, juicy, suave, fresh, it offers good definition, a certain gourmandise, a lovely mellowness, textured and relief. It presents a lovely airy side in its creaminess and juiciness, and a tangy frame. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of fleshy/pulpy cassis, creamy raspberry and small notes of violet, combined with hints of creamy/fresh violet plum, fleshy/juicy strawberries, fine hints of tonka bean, star anise, vanilla, as well as notes of toasted hazelnut. Good length and definition. Precise, supple tannins. A wine offering lovely definition and purity !
