The nose is fruity, gourmand with a nice definition of the fruit and a slight richness while maintaining a tangy finish. We have notes of violet, crushed blackberries and small notes of fleshy strawberries associated with slight touches of cherries, small pulpy fruits as well as slight hints of lily, star anise and an imperceptible hint of sap and fresh spices. The palate is mineral with freshness and tension. There is a good definition in its fattiness, accuracy and fine straightness. There are notes of fresh juicy blackberries, fresh raspberries and slight notes of juicy and pulpy black berries associated with touches of tonka bean, racy minerality and a subtle hint of toast or even roasting. There is a discreet and good work on the good bitters on the lingering finish. There is gormandise and a good length.
