On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/fleshy blackberry, pulpy/acidulous cassis, small notes of fresh/acidulous blueberry associated with touches of small juicy/ripe red berries, violet, dark chocolate as well as fine hints of camphir, crushed almond, toasted, a subtle hint of hazelnut and incense. A very discreet hint of toasted/caramelized oak and bitterness of the cocoa on the finish/persistence. Good length. A wine finely tight right now but will open with time. A precise, fresh wine offering a beautiful fruit.
