The nose is aromatic and flowery. It reveals notes of blackberry, violet/cornflower and more slightly crunchy strawberry associated with small touches of cassis, violet, discreet hints of spices, chocolate as well as a very discreet hint of nutmef and an imperceptible hint of saffron (in the background). The palate is fruity, well-balanced, quite tight and offers minerality, tension as well as a fine acidulous frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of strawberry, raspberry and more slightly blackberry associated with small touches of toasted, vanilla as well as a very discreet hint of sweet spices, flowers and almond.
