Château Le Bouïs – Le P’tit Bouïs 2024 – IGP Pays d’Oc

The nose is fresh and aromatic, intense with notes of flowers such as orange blossom and light lavender. There’s also a touch of yellow peach and ripe lemon. There’s a hint of lime zest. The second nose opens with more finesse on yellow peach. The palate is slightly pearly on the attack. Tasting is dynamic, with good acidity and balanced aromas. There are notes of juicy yellow peach, lemon and orange blossom. There’s a hint of bitters on the finish, with a hint of butter. The finish is salivating with a touch of lime zest and blossom. Viognier is well respected.
