The nose is fresh and slightly aromatic with delicate notes of lemon. A hint of white peach is also discernible. The second nose opens with peach and apricot. The palate is fresh with a slight bitterness on the attack. Lemon and peach are rediscovered. A delicate touch of butter is also discernible. There is a great deal of finesse in this wine with a lovely, mouthwatering acidity. The finish is almond-flavored with a lovely hint of buttered toast.
