The nose is spicy, tightly wound and has a certain intensity. There are notes of clove, Sichuan pepper and wild berries combined with a hint of pepper and a very discreet hint of star anise. The palate is mineral, with freshness, tension, energy and an acidic/mineral structure. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fresh blackberry, tart/juicy red berries and more slightly fresh violet combined with hints of iodine, cardamom, cloves and fine nuances of fresh blond tobacco. Good length.
