Château le Bon Pasteur 2022 – Pomerol

The nose is aromatic, elegant, precise, frank, airy, ample offers delicacy and accuracy in its power. It reveals notes of boysenberry, bright blackcurrant and small notes of bright small red fruits associated with touches of blond tobacco, vanilla, crushed small fruits as well as fine hints of camphor, infusion and a hint of toasted hazelnut. The palate is beautifully built, supple, fresh, elegant, airy despite its power as well as delicate concentration. Lace! We find notes of pulpy and bright blueberry, bright blackcurrant as well as crushed red berries associated with discreet almost roasted-elegant touches, a fine hint of infusion, a subtle almost aromatic herbs hints, toasted, coffee, grilled hazelnut and a hint of blond tobacco. Good length. Tasty and mellow tannins. A beautiful delicacy. A beautiful chew and a great finesse in the texture of the matter ! A creaminess in freshness, juiciness and an airy side. We perceive in the finish a hint of dark chocolate.
