It reveals notes of ripe cassis, ripe strawberry ad small notes of violet associated with small touches of blue fruits, hints of vanilla, spices as well as a discreet hint of nutmeg and a suble hint of Cuben pepper. The palate is fruity, mineral, well-balanced and offers freshness, a good definition, gourmandize, an acidulous frame, finesse as well as straightness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy blackberry, juicy cassis and small notes of crunchy/juicy raspberry associated with small touches of black cherry/small blue fruits, liquorice, violet as well as subtle hints of tea, cardamom and spices. Tannins are elegant.
