The nose is fruity, elegant as well as relatively fin and dense. It reveals notes of boysenberry associated with a touch of black cherry, a hint of oak, sweet spices and tobacco. The palate is fruity, mineral, well-balanced and offers freshness, tension as well as a beautiful matter and density. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of blackberry and cassis associated with a hint of Quetsche plum, blueberry cream, mocha / chocolate as well as a few slight notes of oak and a discreet hint of coffee. Tannins are fine and slightly grainy. Good length and persistence with notes of cherry and dark chocolate.
