Château Laurence, Sauvignon Blanc 2024 – Bordeaux Blanc

The nose is fruity, precise, frank and offers a certain structured side. It reveals notes of citrus, small ripe fruits and small notes of medlar, associated with touches of small fresh yellow fruits, as well as a hint of ripe almond. The palate is fruity, it offers juiciness, a tangy frame, energy and good definition. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of quince, juicy pineapple and small notes of bright peach, combined with touches of juicy/pulpy citrus, as well as fine floral hints and a discreet, almost acacia-like touch in the background. Good length. A fine, enveloping, gourmand side, well-built and a gastronomic, structured side.
