On the nose it is fruity, elegant, offers freshness, a nice brightness of the fruit, excelled with power and complexity. It reveals the notes of bright wild blackberry, bright wild cassis and violet associated with touches of crushed strawberry, hints of nutmeg, tonka bean, discreet hints of green cardamom, sweet spices as well as a subtle hint of Madagascar pepper and fresh bourbon vanilla bean. On the mouth it is fruity and offers suavity, juiciness, a fine unctuosity, gourmandize, delicacy, power (in control), a nice fineness of grain, as well as subtlety in the approach. The wine express the notes of pulpy/sparkling blackberry, juicy/pulpy cassis and more lightly juicy/fresh blueberry combined with hints of violet, cornflower, the zan as well as hints of fresh/juicy purple plum, green cardamom, nutmeg, vanilla as well as a subtle hint of toasted hazelnut, sichuan pepper and a subtle hint of salinity (in the background). The tannins are precise, mellow, elegant and polished. A nice airy character in the mouth despite the richness. A nice bitterness (especially on the finish).
