The nose is aromatic, elegant and offers aromatic power, deepness, intensity as well as finesse. It reveals notes of ripe wild cassis, violet and small notes of blackberry associated with touches of strawberry, lily, touches of zan, nutmeg, spices as well as very fine hints of toasted, incense, Sichuan pepper and a very discreet hint of vanilla (in the background). The palate is fruity, elegant, gourmande, elegant, discreetly tight and offers a beautiful definition, a very fine creaminess, tension, energy, a small freshness/minerality as well as a small suavity. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy blackberry, fleshy cassi and small notes of chocolate, Bourbon vanilla associated with touches of fleshy strawberry, a hint of ripe/juicy raspberry as well as hints of toasted hazelnut, violet and a subtle hint of cardamom. Tannins are elegant and precise. A very beautiful length and persistence.
