(Cask no. 10, 46.7%) The nose is fruity, aromatic, ample, nicely racy and offers purity, a certain gourmandise as well as a certain deepness. It reveals notes of fresh pepper, potpourri and dried flowers associated with touches of dried lemon, fine hints of mandarin paste, yellow peach as well as fine racy hints / dry ground, smoke and a discreet hint of rancio. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers gourmandise, juiciness, brightness of the fruit, beautiful definition, precision as well as a beautifl, racy, fine, precise, powerful and stretched grain. On the palate this Armagnac expresses notes of juicy/pulpy yellow peach, marmalade and small notes of tarte Tatin associated with touches of crushed yellow apple, fine hints of pâtisseries, smoke, roasted hazelnut as well as fine hints of spices. Good length and power. Roundness, gourmandise and a sweet/almost caramelized side that coats the mouth.
