A lovely fruity nose, elegant, precise, racy, brilliant, with a certain infusion and lovely depth, a multi-layered side. It expresses notes of bigarreau cherry, blackberry and more slightly – roasted raspberry, associated with fine hints of violet and has hints of infusion, star anise and a subtle hint of flowers (violet, lily …) and a discreet Mediterranean side and zan. The palate is nicely mineral, fresh, balanced and offers a juicy / tangy frame, delicacy, a nice definition and precision, suavity, freshness. It expresses notes of bigarreau cherry, almost roasted-fresh raspberry and more slightly – juicy / fresh blackcurrant, associated with touches of small bright / vibrant red fruits, as well as hints of star anise, almost lavender, nutmeg, toasted and a subtle hint of zan, chocolate / mocha in the background. A nice little concentration in accuracy, finesse and elegance. The tannins are tasty and supple. Precision, freshness and a subtle hint of almost white flowers and a saline touch on the finish/persistence.
