The nose is fine, elegant, gourmand and offers a slight concentration (but well-balanced). It reveals notes of ripe blackberry, coffee and slight notes of ripe small red fruits associated with hints of licorice stick, mocha, spices as well as discreet hints of cardamom. The palate is elegant, suave, round and offers fat, a beautiful definition, precision, a mineral frame, tension, a good harmony, deepness as well as a slight acidity. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of fresh/ripe blackberry, juicy cassis and slight notes of raspberry associated with a hint of fresh red berries/redcurrant as well as hints of toasted oak and mocha/chocolate. Tannins are fine and slightly firm and polished. Good length.
