The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers roundness, suavity, a certain fat, a small straightness, juiciness, minerality, freshness as well as a certain aromatic purity. On the palate this wine expresses notes of bright green apple, pulpy vine peach and small notes of sage, rosemary associated with touches of olive leaf / garrigue, zest as well as slight hints of citrus and a very discreet hint of fresh pine sap (in the background). Good length. Presence of an imperceptible hint of hazelnut on the aftertaste / persistence.
