The nose is fruity, with good definition. It expresses notes of bigarreau cherry, bright red berries and more slightly – zan associated with touches of lily, cherry blossom, as well as fine hints of racy gravel and a very discreet hint of liquorice stick. The palate is nicely juicy, fruity, balanced and offers a fresh frame, energy, tension, accuracy and an airy side, brilliance of the fruit, roundness and finesse. It expresses notes of juicy/pulpy black cherry, bright blackcurrant and more slightly – bright red berries, associated with touches of violet, cornflower as well as hints of zan and liquorice stick. Soft and sapid tannins. The finish is nicely soft and gourmand.
