The nose is roasted, toasted, aromatic and offers a certain complexity. It reveals notes of roasted, small juicy yellow fruits and small notes of quince, associated with touches of kumquat, hints of small ripe fruits, sweet spices, as well as notes of hazelnut and smoke. The palate is fresh, mineral and offers a mineral frame, a certain fatness, tension and energy. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of juicy/pulpy yellow apple, fleshy pear and small notes of mirabelle plum, combined with touches of small white fruits, as well as a hint of quenette, smokiness, nutmeg, roasted/toasted and a very discreet, almost iodized hint. Good length. A fine tannic side in both structure and aromatic. A discreet hint of apricot on the finish.
