The nose is fruity, powerful and spicy. It reveals notes of cassis, flowers (iris, peony) and cunchy blackberry associated with touches of crunchy red fruits (wild strawberry, raspberry), Cuben pepper, licorice, spices, cocoa beans as well as an imperceptible toasted hint and nutmeg. The palate is fruity, elegant, well-balanced and offers a good definition, suavity, juiciness, tension, a beautiful freshness as well as liveliness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy blackberry, red fruits (raspberry, ripe / crunchy red berries) and small notes of crunchy wild strawberry associated with touches of flowers (iris, peony), licorice, toasted and an imperceptible hint of chocolate. Tannins are fine, well-built and elegant. A beautiful, elegant, fine and harmonious wine. There is an imperceptible hint of toasted bread on the persistence.
