The nose is fruity, racy and offers minerality, power and intensity. It reveals notes of cassis and wild small fruits associated with fine touches of black cherry, Cuben pepper, varietal as well as discreet hints of spices, licorice, chocolate and an imperceptible almost saline hint. The palate is fruity, juicy, well-balanced and offers minerality, an acidulous frame, a beautiful tension, gourmandise as well as a good finesse of the grain. On the palate this wine expresses notes of cassis, crunchy blackberry and small notes of small red berries (raspberry, cherry) associated with slight varietal touches as well as fine hints of chocolate, toasted and discreet hints of vanilla. Good length and persistence. Tannins are very slightly chewy.
