The nose is fine, complex and more powerful than the 2012 vintage. It reveals notes of ripe black fruit, pepper, truffle, tobacco and slight woody notes associated with a small mineral note. The palate is elegant, gourmand, fresh, complex and offers a certain density. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of blueberry cream, ripe black cherry and slight notes of fig, vanilla and wood associated with a few notes of black berries and pepper on the finish. Good persistence.
