CHATEAU LARRIVAUX 2023 – Haut-Médoc

The nose is soft, aromatic, delicious and well-managed. It expresses notes of boysenberry, pulpy/fleshy wild strawberry and more slightly – violet associated with fine touches of graphite, iodine, sense of place and a very discreet hint of star anise/infusion. The palate is fruity and offers softness, freshness, acidity, energy, good definition, delicacy, an almost chiseled side, accuracy. It expresses notes of bright cherry, violet and more slightly – juicy/acidic blackcurrant, associated with touches of cornflower, small bright red berries, as well as hints of iodine, camphor, smoke and toast.
