The nose is aromatic and concentrated. It reveals notes of cassis, ripe wild black berries and small notes of fleshy strawberry, ripe red currants associated with slight touches of tonka bean, spices as well as a very discreet hint of lily (in the background), Zan and cedar. The mouth is mineral, fresh, juicy, well-balanced, slightly tight and offers a beautiful acid frame, a beautiful grain as well as a small tension. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy / crunchy cassis, crunchy / juicy strawberry and small notes of red berries associated with small touches of crunchy raspberry, a very discreet touch of fleshy blueberry (in the background), chocolate, toasted / caramelized oak touches as well as saline touches (on the finish) and subtle hints of spices. Tannins are well-built. Good length. gourmandize on the finish.
