The nose is fruity, elegant, airy in its power and offers a beautiful racy and structured grain. A lovely graphene side and an infusion side. It reveals notes of black cherry, star anise and small notes of concentrated red /ripe small fruits associated with touches of cornflower, small bright small blue fruits as well as hints of blond tobacco, star anise, colas as well as a subtle hint of smoke and an imperceptible almost terra cota hint. The palate is beautifully built, fruity, elegant, well-balanced, nicely juicy, tangy, chiseled, nicely racy and offers a beautiful energy. There is a lovely airy touch, velvety and delicate. Beautiful texture ! On the palate this wine expresses notes of black cherry, juicy/acidulous black plum and small notes of lily, cornflowers associated with touches of cassis, small dense/ripe red fruits as well as fine hints of cola, blond tobacco, fine hints of graphite and a hint of roasting. The wine is beautifully built and gourmand. Tannins are elegant, mellow and supple. An infusion side. On the finish we find hints of tonka bean and cocoa in the background.
