The nose is fruity and offers a fine intensity/power. It reveals notes of ripe wild cassis, wild blackberry and small notes of small berries associated with very fine touches of crushed strawberry, crushed blueberry as well as discreet hints of liquorice, nutmeg, cardamom and a discreet hint of pepper. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers an acidulous frame, juiciness, freshness as well as a fine concentration. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/fleshy blackberry, fleshy/juicy cassis and small notes of juicy/ripe wild strawberry associated with fine touches of small berries as well as fine touches of liquorice, chocolate, caramelization and discreet toasted hints. Tannins are elegant and precise. Good length. A very discreet hint of roasted on the persistence.
